    I can remember one of the things my mom told me repeatedly is, “Prevention is much better compared to cure.” This cliche is true for getting overweight in addition to some other problem.
    We do not get overweight overnight. On average, it requires us as long to add pounds as it will take us to lose it, or even longer. Yes! I feel like repeating that statement.
